Social JobFindr has been designed from the ground up to operate as a social based recruitment platform.
There are no fixed contacts - join and leave as frequently as you like. You will not be charged for additional adverts, and all adverts are promoted.
All jobs within social care, for example, Carers, Support Workers, Chefs, Drivers, Managers, etc.
At present, we are not offering a feature to boost posts as this can sometimes disadvantage other providers who may need recruitment assistance, however, do not have large budgets required on other platforms. We believe this will give all businesses a fair chance to recruit.
No, there are no additional charges to use the inbuilt features, and these are currently offered on an unlimited usage basis. You should not require any additional subscriptions to use the features within the application.
At present, we do not allow the use of recruitment agencies or services on our platform. All employers must be from a regulated service, such as CQC regulation, or be a direct employer. Should a company be able to demonstrate that they provide ‘direct care’ to their own customers and not via a third party, they will be allowed access to the platform. Please report any accounts which you feel do not meet the criteria to [email protected] and we will internally investigate.
You can only use the platform if you recruit staff into a regulated service or a service which provides direct support to individuals not via a third party.
Social JobFindr has been designed to be a flexible addition to your recruitment strategy. We do not tie you into lengthy contracts and you can use the platform on an ad-hoc basis. The minimum subscription in 30 days.
